While maintaining a broad focus, we apply a risk-conscious underwriting process that limits the volume of investments we make. We prioritize charting a clear path to adding value through risk mitigation, operational improvements, and/or asset modifications. Our awareness of risk factors drives us to be conservative in our acquisition pricing unless we believe we have unique ability to mitigate these risks. Our team has acquisition and management experience with development, value-add entitlement, debt (loans/notes), industrial, office, multi-family, retail, single-family residential and resource land.
